'Big Sale' success
Paul Dubberley is pleased to report a successful start to its ‘Big Sale’ since launching early this summer. As part of a national network of branches, Paul Dubberley has placed over 1,000 properties into its ‘Big Sale’ campaign with almost a third already sold so far, proving that the local property market is alive and well.
The ‘Big Sale’ is one of Paul Dubberley’s most popular campaigns, featuring hundreds of reduced homes that benefit from extra marketing designed to help buyers and sellers achieve their dream home and stimulate greater activity across the local housing market:
“What our recent results show is that despite the doom and gloom we so often hear about in the housing market and the wider economy, coupled with uncertainties around Brexit and rising interest rates, there are still good levels of buyers and plenty of choice for people who want to move,” says Lee Morton, Area Partner at Paul Dubberley.
“There is no doubt that today’s housing market is more challenging, but properties continue to sell well as long as they are correctly priced and proactively marketed by an estate agent who is prepared to work hard to get results,” continues Lee.
