Apprentice Estate Agents & Administrators (Full Time)

We currently have vacancies for trainee negotiators and administrators on the Apprentership scheme, leading to full time employment with the regions leading independent estate agent.

Sucessful candidates will receive on the job training and will work towards a nationally recognised qualification and technical certificate, allowing you to become a member of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) and/or NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents).

To apply you’ll need to be between 16-21 years and have, or be predicted to achieve, qualifications at level 2 or better. For example five GCSEs (grade C or above).

Property Manager (Full Time / Permanent)

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager for our busy and sucesful Property Management department. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 year’s property management (or similar) experience, fully conversant with letting regulations, be a good team-player, willing to help other colleagues during busy periods, and the ability to work on their own. Excellent IT skills with Microsoft office are essential for this role. You will be liaising with landlords, tenants, accounts and the lettings department.
